Life Coaching

Who doesn’t need life coaching?  Life coaching focuses on the now - and from now on:  what you are good at and what you want to do,  and what’s not working and what you want to change.  (To use a three point self evaluation: what do you want to stop doing, start doing and continue doing.)  In life coaching, I support you by observing, listening and asking questions. Using images, insights, and intuitions, I can help you guide yourself to your next exciting life place.

I had the good fortune to have Melanie as my transition coach after a 30 year career with one company. She has a unique gift for helping people in the job search process. Her thoughts, insights, and professional experience was extremely helpful. But more importantly, the sincerity in which she approaches her work and provides personal feedback is beyond reproach. She was sensitive to my unique professional and personal needs. I highly recommend her, she's outstanding.
